✨ ALL NEW CLIENTS WITH MICRO LOCS, SISTER LOCS, DAMAGED LOCS, OR NEED ANY TYPE OF EXTENSIONS INSTALLED MUST BOOK A CONSULTATION FIRST.

FOR STARTER LOCS YOU DO NOT NEED TO BOOK A CONSULTATION.

WHEN BOOKING PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR HAIR IS 100% HEALTHY WITH NO HEAT DAMAGE OR DAMAGE ENDS.






EMERGENCY APPOINTMENT

- EMERGENCY APPOINTMENTS ARE OUTSIDE OF MY NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS WHICH WILL BE ANYTHING AFTER 6PM.

- EMERGENCY AND SQUEEZE IN APPOINTMENTS WILL BE A EXTRA FEE

LATE FEES AND CANCELLATIONS

( PLEASE READ,THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT)

- All CLIENTS WILL BE GIVEN A 10 MIN GRACE PERIOD.

- IF YOU ARE MORE THE 10 MINS LATE YOU WILL BE CHARGED A LATE FEE.

- ANYTHING AFTER 15 MINS WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE CANCELLED AND YOU WILL BE CHARGED 100% SERVICE FEE.


Rescheduling will only be allowed once and must be rescheduled 48hours before original appointments time.
If you have a Same day cancellation or need to reschedule same day you will be charged full price and will be asked to book again.
