Basic Salon Rules
1. No extra individuals are allowed.
2. No children are allowed unless they are receiving services.
3. All services are non refundable.
4. Our salon staff has the right to refuse service to anyone behaving inappropriately.
5. Cash is the only acceptable form of payment. (There is an ATM next door to our location)
6. Appointment times are an estimation. Styles may take longer due to thickness and length of a client’s hair.
7. Please do not book outside appointments directly after your hair appointment.
8. Please do not book your hair appointment on a special event date.
9. At the time of service for a child, only one parent is allowed during the service and is to stay remained in the waiting area.

Kid's Braids (12 years old and under )
1. Kids are subject to being charged an adult price if the amount of hair is of an adult.
2. Accessories such as bows and ribbons are included with the braiding service.

Braiding Hair
1. Only natural colored braiding hair (1B, 1, 2, 4) is provided for all braiding services.
2. Non natural colored braiding hair is an additional $25 charge. This can be selected under "add on".
3. Custom mixed colored braiding hair is an additional $50 charge. This can be selected under "add on".

Natural Hair Length
1. Client's natural hair must be at least ear length in order to braid.

Braid's Length
1. Waist length is included within the price. Longer lengths will be an additional charge, which also can be found under "adds on".

Braid's Parts
1. Square or arch parts are included within the price. Triangle or diamond parts will be an additional fee which can be located under "add on"

Natural Hair and Hair Bundle Preparation
1. Wash and Blow Dries are included with each service. Unfortunately, you are unable to opt out of a wash and blow dry.
2. Hair bundles must be washed and blow dried (manageable enough to comb through without resistance) with no product and free of thread. Please do not use leave in conditioner. There will be an additional fee if rules are not followed or the scheduled appointment will be canceled.
3. Blunt cut natural hair ends are not allowed.

Deposits/ Tardiness/No-Shows
1. A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The deposit will go towards the full payment. The remaining balance can only be paid in cash.
2. Deposits are non transferable.
3. Arriving 10 minutes after your scheduled appointment, will result in a cancellation. Please give a courtesy call if you are running behind.
4. If an appointment is canceled the day of or if there is a no show, you will be charged 50% of the remaining service

Outside Business Hours Fee
