• In order to confirm appointments a 20% deposit is required. Deposits are non-refundable for no-show appointments.
• We kindly request that you check in 15 minutes prior to the start of your scheduled treatment. Our treatments begin promptly as scheduled treatment. We always attempt to accomadate late arrivals. However if we are unable to do so because of booking constraint. Otherwise your treatment time maybe shortened at full service price.
• Unopened retail items may be returned for full refund within 30 days with receipt.
• Your appointment time is reserved just for you. Please give a 24 hour notice of any changes or cancellations. Failure to notify results in a cancellation fee of 10% of single service or total whichever is greater.
• A robe, slippers and locker is provided to all guest receiving treatments but guest may bring there own bathing suit.
• All gift cards and certificates sales are final and non-refundable. They cannot be used to purchase another gift card. Gift card/certificate must be presented at the time of redemption. Natural Med Spa & Wellness is not responsible for lost or stolen certificates. Gift cards or certificates cannot be redeemed for cash. Gift card and certificates expire after one year from purchase date.
