Covid Precautions

Masks are mandatory. Please cancel/reschedule if you have ANY Covid symptoms. A mask can be provided to you at your appointment for $1 extra and everyone will receive hand sanitizer upon arrival.

Late Policy

There is a 5 minute grace period, after which you will be charged $10. After 10mins you will be charged $30. After 15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled

No call no show and same day cancellation will result in you being charged 100% for the service. If payment declines then you will be banned from booking with me.

Cancellations and rescheduling within less than 48hrs will result in a $25 cancellation fee and same day rescheduling fee.

Any appointments made outside of my regular availability (10am - 6:30pm) will be considered a “Squeeze-in” appointment and will be an additional $30

Do not come with any makeup, crust or oils on your face and eyes! This includes mascara, eyeshadow, eyeliner, eyelash glue, ect. Please come with clean lashes which includes no dead skin on lashes. I have lash wash kits to purchase to avoid this. Any residue of makeup, lash glue, oils, or dead skkleft on eyes or eyelashes will require a lash wash which is an extra $25

No extra guests or dogs. I am a home based lash tech, so please be considerate of limited waiting area when arriving early.

You must be able to lay down flat on your back for a maximum of 3 hours for any lash appointment.

On average all sets take about 2 hours but can take up to 3 hours so please make that time available as I will NOT rush any lash sets.

You have 48 hours to contact me about any problems there may be with your lashes that will be fixed free of charge within the 48 hours. Anything after 2 days will be considered a 1 week lash fill or regular lash fill.

There is no cellphone use during any appointments as opening your eyes before a set is complete can lead to burning eyes.

Foreign lash fills are accepted. You must have 50% of your lashes and within 2 weeks of your previous appointment for it to be considered a fill other wise you will be charged for a full set. Anything after 14 days is considered a refill.
