  • No caffeine prior to Any appointment (Lashes or Lash Lift)
  • All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE but TRANSFUNDABLE
  • Please arrive with clean lashes (No mascara or makeup) up-charge will be applied for lash bath.
  • Deposits required for ALL appointments (No exceptions!)
  • Please NO CHILDREN OR EXTRA GUESTS ALLOWED. You will be asked to reschedule and deposit will be lost.
  • No Show Policy
    We reserve the right to charge a no show fee to the credit card on file totaling 50% of the service to those who do not show up to an appointment. After 2 no shows you will not be able to book an appointment unless it is paid in full at time of booking. Absolutely no refunds.
