Booking & Cancellation Policy:

As we are an appointment-based business and we want to assure all clients receive their full service, clients are able to be seen and we dedicate our time to you we have put strict policies in place to ensure this takes place. A nonrefundable/nontransferable deposit is due at the time of your booking. If you cannot make your appointment, you must cancel 48 hours prior or you will be charged 50% of the service with your card on file, if you do not pay this fee or somehow, we are unable to take this fee you will be held responsible to pay this before booking again. All no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the services booked. NO EXCEPTIONS! We value you so we expect the same in return.

Late Policy:

All clients have a 15-minute grace period. If you are late and your appointment is still accepted you will be charged a $10 late fee. If I am running beind on your appointment, $10 will be deducted from your service. However, if you cannot make it within 15 minutes, please be sure to reach out to the company or you will be charged as a no show!
