* NO DEPOSIT=NO APPOINTMENT!

*If a client is over 15 minutes late there is no guarantee you will be serviced and may be asked to reschedule with a deposit if it conflicts with other appointments for the day. If the client is able to be serviced there will be a $10 late fee. If you are over 19 minutes late and is allowed to stay for servicing you may be considered a walk-in meaning all appointments on time after yours has to be started at their appointment time.

*Appointment reservations are strictly to eliminate or avoid no call no shows & to reduce unfilled slots due to last minute cancellation. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE (no exceptions)

*Please call or text 72 hours in advance to give cancellation notices. It allows another client to fill the vacant slot who may not have been able to get serviced due to pr-efilled or full slots.

*#1 Rule (NO NO CALL/NO SHOWS) if a client does not show or call to cancel his or appointment, I will no longer be able to service the client. NO EXCEPTIONS!
