Welcome to T. Bella Esthetics! My ultimate goal is to provide everlasting experiences with my guests. Please read carefully below:
Booking : Please schedule your appointment online, however you may contact me with any questions at t.bellaesthetics@gmail.com. There is a 20% deposit required for all bookings to secure your time slot.
Scheduling and rescheduling : Communication is key as you may have always heard. I will always try my best to respond to questions or concerns and I also promise to have an open line in the event of unforeseen events. I ask you do the same and cancel or reschedule any appointments at least 24 hours in advance.
Arrival and COVID Protocols : Upon arrival, you have the option to wear your mask. There is also a restroom for you to use prior to your service. Please arrive on time and you may fill out forms online to eliminate time taken from your service or arrive 5-10 mins prior to complete necessary forms. I will wear my mask during most services and wash my hands before and after a service. There will also be hand sanitizer available. All equipment and tools are cleaned and disinfected after each use, unless they are single use items (mascara wands, cotton pads, wax sticks) in which they will be discarded after use.
Late Policy : All clients have a 15 minute grace period to arrive to their appointment. Depending on my schedule, I may be able to push an appointment back or reschedule if I'm unable to do so if you will not make it in the 15 minutes. Please REACH OUT if you are running behind. Failing to do so will result in a no call no show which will forfeit your deposit.
Cancellation Policy : Please cancel or reschedule 24 hours or more before your scheduled appointment. Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the set time will forfeit their deposit. Exceptions to this rule are persons who are sick or have circumstances beyond their control.
Clients Only! : For space and convenience purposes please refrain from bringing others to you appointment including kids. Please contact me if you have absolutely no child care, I will try to work something out with you. Another exception is if you have a ride waiting for you, they may stay in the car or the lobby area for the duration of your appointment.
