Please Be Aware That All DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. No matter the circumstances, deposits are non-refundable. PSA: If for ANY reason, you need to reschedule. Please contact me.. you may do so, but it will be a $30 rescheduling fee upfront to schedule your next appointment. If you reschedule within 24 hours of your scheduled shoot.....the fee is Doubled at $60 upfront to pick a new appointment date.

* Should the photographer need to cancel for any reason, the deposit is refunded back to the original payment method.

* There is a 10 minute grace period, after the 10 minutes a $25 late fee will be applied and that 10 minutes will be subtracted from clients shoot time. At 20 minutes the appointment is cancelled and you will be charged a $50 Fee.

* Any No-Calls/No Shows Or Same Day Cancellations Will Be Charged The Remaining Balance.

* All photos are delivered digitally, prints can be provided at an additional cost. You will be given a life long link that has your Online gallery photos in it forever.

- For the above reasons, a valid debit or credit card must be kept on file at the time of booking.

- ALL REMAINING BALANCES MUST BE PAID IN CASH ONLY! IF YOU PAY YOUR REMAINING BALANCE ON CASH APP/APPLE PAY IT WILL BE A $5 CONVENIENCE FEE.

TURN AROUND TIME - Unedited(RAW) images will be returned within 24-48 hours after shooting. All Edits (Retouched) images will be finished and returned within 8-10 Days. If you pick your selected images to have retouched, and I finish editing the images.... Then you decide those were the wrong ones you wanted retouched ... You will have to pay for the correct ones to be edited at the discretion of the photographer. I will also now be offering Expedited edits as an option when booking, in which the photos will be edited and finished within 48-72 Hours for AN ADDITIONAL FEE. If you need the pictures sooner then that... please contact me and let me know so we can discuss it.

PROPS- I don't not provide props. If there something in mind that you want to do , far as scenes & themes. Your are responsible for providing the props. (Cakes, Balloons, & Confetti) are not provided.

When coming to shoot , you're welcome to bring a maximum of 2 People with you. You may not exceed 2 people unless they are going to be in the photoshoot with you.

Standard Photo Shoot
- Basic Photoshoot (In Studio Session)
  1 hour @ $220.00
  Session is for 1 Person, Your photoshoot will be 60 minutes. You can do 1-3 Outfits. (The price is the same wether you do 1 or 3). Client receives all Unedited photos, along with 4 edits (Retouched) photos of their choice.
- Maternity Shoot
  1 hour @ $250.00
  A hour long shoot with unlimited outfits. Children and 1 additional adult are permitted, but they can only do 1 outfit for free. Each outfit change for the kids and adults is an extra $25 per person. With this session you get 4 edits... ...
- Mommy & Me Photoshoot
  1 hour @ $245.00
  Just Mom & Kids ... In-Studio, Upto 3 Outfits 5 Edits. 1 Hour Long Photoshoot.
- Children Milestones Photoshoot
  1 hour @ $200.00
  For all children 14 & under. 1 - 3 outfits, 1 Child unless its twins then 2 are allowed.
- Family Or Group Photoshoot (4-5 People)
  1 hour 15 minutes @ $275.00
