(Please read in FULL before booking your appointment. Once you book your appointment you are agreeing to be bound to the terms and policies below)
TERMS & POLICIES
Changes to Rates apply April 1, 2024:
$160.00 - 60 minute Session (Mon, Wed & Thurs & Saturday)
$130.00 - 45 minute Sessions (Mon, Wed, Thurs, & Saturday)
$100.00 - 30 minute sessions (Mon, Wed & Thurs)
- Sessions are individual (no shared sessions with multiple individuals or splitting time between family members, friends or significant others).
- Sessions are virtual ONLY; platforms used are ZOOM, FaceTime, Google Duo, WhatsApp. After securing your appointment, drop me a text letting me know what virtual platform you'd prefer so I can prepare in advance.
- I will require payment in full 48 hours before your scheduled appointment date. It will not be our responsibility to remind you to make payment. You MAY (if you'd like - not necessary) make payment in full at the time you are securing your appointment using Zelle or Applepay (there will be NO processing fees). If paying in advance, please let me know you have paid for your session (and through which payment handle) so I can mark it paid in full! If you want to make make payment via credit card, a $5.00 processing fee will always be applicable. PayPal is NOT an option.
- Cancellation for any reason less than 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment will result in a forfeit of either your deposit or full payment (if paying in advance). NO exceptions.
- It WILL NOT be my responsibility to remove you from the calendar if after receiving numerous reminders (3 of them in the course of the previous week before your scheduled appointment). If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment, you will be banned from making future appointments. I ask that you be thoughtful and respectful of my time. As a matter of courtesy, if for whatever reason you cannot make your appointment, be respectful of my time and business and make an attempt to cancel or at the very least, reach out by text. Failure to cancel your appointment will hinder others from having the ability to secure that same slot within a reasonable time frame. While I understand emergencies arise, the majority of my existing clients know that habitual last minute cancellations or rescheduled appointments will simply not be tolerated. It is YOUR responsibility to ensure that you input the correct telephone number and email address when making your appointment, and I strongly urge you to check your spam folder for email reminders and do not disregard text message reminders that will be sent from another number connected to this scheduling site.
- I require a minimum of 48 hours notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment. I will honor a ONE time courtesy of rescheduling, ONLY IF you cancel 48 prior to your session date. The only way to reschedule or cancel an appointment is to text my business number (201) 893-2244. Chronic cancellations and rescheduled appointments will not be tolerated.
- If you reschedule less than 48 hours in advance or call in more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, your session and fee (if paying in advance) are forfeited, you will be marked as a "no-show."

**PAYMENT METHODS**
ZELLE & APPLEPAY are connected to my telephone number: 201-893-2244 - no processing fee. The account will come up as Michelle Santana. You may also try using SomeThingsSacred@gmail.com for Zelle
If you experience an issue sending a payment via Zelle please bear in mind that you may have to call your banking institution as Zelle imposes daily send or receiving limits to each customer. The issue is not on my end, it may be on yours.
I will no longer be using VENMO or CASHAPP
CREDIT CARD (I add a processing fee of $5.00 - $6.00 <depending on the session amount> if making payments with a Debit or Credit Card)
Existing Clients may send me a check in the mail. Please send a text or email requesting payment by check.
INSTRUCTIONS TO SECURE AN APPOINTMENT:
1. Click on a session preference (30 minute or 45 min session);
2. Click SET TIME ZONE (will bring you to the calendar and available dates and times);
3. Imput your information;
4. Click COMPLETE APPOINTMENT.
5. You should receive an email confirmation of your appointment.
*** If you would like to schedule an appointment further down into the calendar, 3-6 months and are unable to do so, send us a text message so we can override the system.***
