TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of $25 is required to secure your appointment, which will be credited towards your total. This amount can be sent to afua.artistry@gmail.com

The remainder of the total will be required on the day of the makeup session.

Cancelation

If for any reason you need to reschedule your appointment, you can transfer the deposit to your next appointment within 30 days. After 30 days, a new deposit is required.

Late fees

A $25 late fee will be applied when late for the first 15 mins. After 30 minutes of being late, your appointment will automatically be cancelled.

Mobile service | $30 and up

This service is available for those who want to receive makeup service at the comfort of their own home. A minimum of 3 clients is required to qualify for this service.

EXPECTATIONS FROM MUA

SKIN PREP PRIOR TO SERVICE:

Please ensure that your brows are groomed and that your face is cleansed prior to your makeup appointment. Do not wear strip lashes as one will be provided to you during your session.

RESPECT:

Your MUA asks that you maintain mutual respect during the session and any conversations leading up to your appointment. Please arrive on time and respect your MUA’s time. If for any reason, you cannot make it to your appointment, please be sure to notify your MUA at least 24 hrs prior to appointment. As mentioned previously, your deposit is non-refundable
