TOUCH UP IS NOT INCLUDED IN INITIAL SERVICES (for Both Brows & Lips)

[OMBRÉ BROW QUALIFICATIONS]

  • Age requirements: 18-55 years old

  • Must not have any transmittable blood related conditions or diseases such as Hepatitis or HIV/AIDS

  • Must not be pregnant or nursing

  • Must not have any skin allergies to pigments or make up

  • Must not have glaucoma and/or taking blood thinning medicines

  • Must not have skin concerns such as eczema, psoriasis or keloids in treatment area

  • Must not have active skin cancer

  • Must not have experience with post inflammatory hyper-pigmentation

  • Must not have undiagnosed rashes or blisters in brow or lip area

  • Must not be someone who is under or scheduled for radiotherapy or chemotherapy

  • Must not be someone who is epileptic who has experienced faint spell or seizure

  • If you are diabetic, please have a doctors note with medication + controlled diet

  • If you received botox 3 months before

[HENNA/HYBRID-TINT SPECIFIC]

The treatment cannot be performed on clients who are;

  • allergic to eyebrow Dye
  • have inflammation of the eyelid or around the brow area
  • are currently under chemotherapy (current cancer treatment)
  • have a skin disease, skin trauma, cuts, abrasions, burns and swelling in the immediate area
  • have used prescribed Retinol products for the past 6 months
  • currently on Accutane treatment
  • have sunburn on their face
  • have skin disorders in the general eye area such as dermatitis
  • have eye infections such as conjunctivitis
  • have had recent operations around eyes, head or face in immediate areas
  • have hypersensitive skin/eyes
  • have had recent tattoo, microblading or feather touch brow design work done (ensure all work is healed for at least 6 weeks after the tattoo)
  • have had previous reactions to hair dye

[LIP BLUSH QUALIFICATIONS]

This procedure is NOT for clients who are, or have:

  • Had lip filler done recently (need to wait 6-8 weeks for lip blush)

  • Pregnant or nursing

  • Diabetic

  • Autoimmune diseases

  • Heart disease

  • Use of medical blood thinning medications

  • HSV-1, fever blisters/ cold sores (must be medicated day of procedure and 4 days after, or cannot be a candidate)

  • Undergoing chemotherapy

  • Feeling sick, or have a viral infection

  • Had an organ transplant

  • Epilepsy

  • Used Accutane in the past 6 months

  • Dry, chapped lips (MUST follow the “Lip Prepping” instructed requirements in your confirmation email.)

LIPBLUSH SPECIFIC:

  • You must book a consultation with me first before booking your lip blush appointment. If you require a neutralization, it may take up to 3 sessions before getting the target colour. Please take note of this.

  • Must wait 4 weeks after getting fillers or 3 weeks before getting fillers

  • Exfoliate & moisturize lips 1 week prior to service

  • If prone to cold sores, please get medication from your doctors 3 days prior



[TERMS & POLICIES]

  • BOOKING DEPOSIT: A NON-REFUNDABLE booking fee is required to secure your appointment(each appointment has its own booking fee/deposit) The booking fee is used towards your final total due in CASH or E-transfer on your appointment day. If you cancel your appointment for any reason, it will result in forfeiture of your booking fee. No exceptions, no excuses. Please consult with me prior to booking if you have previous work to result in forfeiture of your booking fee. Booking fee is non-transferable.

  • PAYMENT: Your remaining balance will be due in CASH/E-TRANSFER.

  • RESCHEDULING: you can reschedule 48 hours for new date. Any less than 48 hours will result in another deposit. You are allowed to reschedule only once, anymore will result in another deposit regardless if it is within 48 hours or not. You may have to wait until my next availability. Please check my availability beforehand.

  • NO SHOWS: You will automatically be charged 50% of the service if you do not show up for your appointment. No exceptions, no excuses. Another deposit will be required to book a new appointment with me.

  • CANCELLATIONS: Should you decide to cancel on the day of appointment, this will result in forfeiture of your booking fee and 50% of the service will be charged. Rescheduling is always an option, however my new current price will apply.

  • PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME: Please be courteous of others and be on time for your scheduled appointment. I understand unforeseen circumstances can happen, however it is important to allow enough time to properly perform each service.

  • TRAINING: Please arrive on time for all training dates and times communicated. Arriving45mins- 1 hour late would case training to be cancelled as there is not enough time to complete training due to how training schedule is packed. You are allowed to reschedule a training once which should be done 3 days before training date and the next date needs to be within a month. After a month, if training not scheduled, class will be cancelled.
  • All deposits are non-refundable

  • PREGNANCY POLICY: The deposit is non-refundable if you have an appointment with paid deposit and found out you are pregnant. The deposit can be used towards a new appointment date. The deposit secures your appointment not the prices. The prices will vary and will be applied when a new appointment date is chosen.

  • LATE POLICY: Due to our tightly packed schedule, I ask that you arrive on time. If you arrive to your appointment more than 15 minutes late, you will be considered a "no show" and result in forfeiture of your booking fee and you will be charged 50% of appointment price. Please allow extra time for traffic and finding the location.

  • PHOTOS & VIDEOS: Photos/Videos will be taken before and after as required by my insurance and may be posted on my social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Website, etc for marketing/advertising purposes.

  • NO GUESTS: No children and pets are allowed in the studio due to hazardous materials and cross contamination.

  • NO REFUNDS: We do our best to ensure complete satisfaction of service. If you are unhappy for any reason, we can talk about options available
