Hours of Operation:

Tuesday - Saturday: 10:00am - 5:00pm

Deposits

• Deposit is non-refundable & non-transferable. NO EXCEPTIONS
• Deposits are required for ALL styles.
  • Deposit amount goes towards requested service price
• Remaining balance MUST BE paid in Cash, Debit or E-transfer on the day of appointment

Requirements/Regulations

• If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, please reschedule your appointment in advance.
  • You are able to reschedule ONCE without forfeiting your deposit.
  • Appointments must be rescheduled no later than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment in order to not forfeit your deposit.
  • To cancel or reschedule your appointment you must go to your confirmation email
• For all extension services hair MUST be purchased from me.

Attendance

• 10 minute grace period
• 10 minutes late: $30 will be added to the total cost of your service
• 15 minutes late - Appointment will be cancelled
