Please be on time for your appointment so we can limit any delays onto any other appointments for the day.
If it is your first time booking and you think you have any potential hair/scalp issues or if you'd just like to come in for overall first time maintenance, please book a consultation so I can get a chance to fully spend time getting to know you and your hair before we decide what’s truly a protective style for you.
If you are having any symptoms of cold, flu, etc. please notify me as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment, to avoid potentially being turned away with no refund on deposit.
A deposit is required when booking based on products, hair, etc. needed for said appointment. (All deposits go towards the final cost of your style) and remaining balance due in CASH OR ZELLE.
LATE POLICY: I allow a 15 minute grace period without a late fee. At 16-30 minutes = $20 late fee, unless we've discussed otherwise. - 31 minutes past = appointment is cancelled unless we've discussed otherwise.
No Call, No Show = Cancelled and you will be charged 50% of service.
Deposits are non-refundable unless I personally have to reschedule or cancel. (Also non-transferable)
If for any reason payment is not received within 12 hours of your hair being finished, there is a late fee of $50. No exceptions. (If you do not make any contact with me in that time, your card will be charged automatically for service + late fee.
Please read service description for exact style that you’re desiring before booking.
If you book a service where wash/blow isn't included AND you do not add-on Wash/Blow/Trim services, please come with your hair WASHED, BLOW DRIED and PRODUCT FREE or you will be declined of service if there is a client behind you. ( If you have a preferred oil/grease you can bring it and I'll apply it for you after.)
Clients starting from 5 years and older can be serviced.
Hair must be 1 inch or more to book with me. (Please Email/DM me before booking if hair is under 4 inches so I can agree that the style is protective for you & can change the appointment time duration just Incase it takes longer.)
Braiding hair is provided ( colors 1, 1b, 2 & 4 only) Please send a DM to @HairOurSoul on Instagram at least 24 hours before your appointment stating which one of the colors mentioned above you'd like.
Any other color must be requested after booking, send DM to @HairourSoul, & additional fee will be added to remaining balance.
