A credit card is required at the time of booking, and the fee will be processed within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. To avoid this charge, please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment time.
Timing:
We recommend booking your appointment 10-12 months before your wedding date. This allows plenty of time for dress production and any necessary alterations. If you're shopping closer to your wedding date, don't worry—rush options may be available.
Parking:
Please note that parking downtown can sometimes be challenging, especially during peak hours. We recommend allowing extra time to find parking. Most parking spaces require payment until 8 p.m. Additionally, more parking options can be found here.
Appointment Timing:
If you arrive early, we kindly ask that you wait until your scheduled appointment time. Since we operate by appointment only, we may be assisting another bride or cleaning and sanitizing the space in preparation for your visit.
Dress Care Guidelines:
To help us maintain the quality of our sample dresses, we kindly request that you refrain from using self-tanner or any tanning products for at least two weeks prior to your appointment. Additionally, please avoid applying makeup to your chest or décolletage, and refrain from using body oils or glitter on the day of your appointment.

Cancellation Policy:
