PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING!!
- For ALL services a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $25 will be charged at the time of booking which will be used towards your service upon arrival.
- You are responsible for cancelling 24 hours in advance if you cannot make it to your appointment. A reminder will be sent 24 hours prior to your appointment via text message or email. Any changes cancellations or rescheduling to your appointment can be done from your confirmation email.
- Failure to CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE within 24 hours in advance your deposit WILL NOT be refunded and forfeited to be used towards your service or any future service.
- PLEASE NOTE AFTER CHOOSING YOUR MAIN SERVICE ADD ONS ARE AVAILABLE, prices are standardized for what is published. AS A REFERENCE; WHEN YOU EXPLAIN OR PRESENT A STYLE FOR YOUR NAILS THE PRICE WILL VARY FROM WHAT YOU BOOKED!!! ( examples: rhinestones, designs, 3D designs & several colors of acrylic or polishes etc.)
- For ALL NO SHOW’S the remaining balance will be deducted from your card on file. If a dispute is filed for said deposit you will be banned from further booking, our policies are clear.
- SAME DAY CANCELATION WILL REQUIRE TO MAKE A FULL PAYMENT due to a short notice we will not be able to fill that time slot; causing the business to lose. PLEASE BE SURE TO COMMUNICATE.
- PLEASE B SURE YOUR ( FILL-IN ) IS DONE WITH 2-3 WEEKS. FAILURE TO DO A FILL-IN FROM YOUR PREVIOUS APPOINTMENT WILL REQUIRE A SOAK OFF AND A NEW SET.
- I DO NOT SERVICE OVER OTHER NAIL TECH WORK.
- ALL APPOINTMENT MADE FOR THE FIRST TIME YOU ARE REQUIRED TOBE FREE OF ANY ACRYLIC OR HARD GEL ON THE SURFACE OF YOUR NAILS. IF THERE ARE ANY ACRYLIC, HARD-GEL OR GEL POLISH PLEASE BOOK A SOAK OFF!!!
