RESDIENT VISITOR BOOKING
Please book a visit, one booking per person, with us below. We will notify you about your appointment by email, appointments are spaced 30 minutes apart, however, you can stay as long as you need.
All visitors will be required to wear a N95 mask and can visit with photographic proof of RAT on the day of visit (this is a photo of a RAT with the person’s name, date, and time of test written ON the cassette.
When on site we ask you not to remove your protective gear, as this would ultimately place your loved one and other residents at risk and possible lockdown of the facility, this is not great for our residents, staff and visitors.
If sitting outside in the garden area or our communal balcony and social distancing 1.5 meters you are permitted to remove your mask and enjoy the fresh air.
You are also welcome to meet in the cafe and grab a coffee, open Wednesday to Sunday.

CARE CONSULTATION
The care consultation provides an opportunity for the clinical team to inform you regarding your/your loved ones care plan and to hear any feedback that you may have allowing us to improve the care we provide to meet your/your loved ones needs.
We recommend for this to be done approximately 6 weeks after permanent admission, annually, when there are any changes or at any time when you would like to discuss the care needs or would like to discuss with us to make any changes.
This can be done in person, virtually via zoom or via a phone call and take between 30-60 minutes.
