This class is for those who want to take their Pilates practice to the next level. Expect an intermediate to advanced repertoire on the reformer that may include the use of small props and/or reformer accessories such as the Cardio-Tramp, Jumpboard, and Vinyasa Triangle. Challenging variations of essential exercises improve unilateral movement, coordination, endurance, balance, agility, mobility, and build core strength.
Clients are required to complete at least 5 Essential classes.
