You are welcome to come to your appt with clean hair; however, If you would like a shampoo, please choose the add-on service. IF YOUR ARE NATURAL THEN CLEAN HAIR IS MANDATORY. The time needed to detangle and prep natural hair sometimes tends to throw off all other appts. THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO TAPE-iN SERVICES.
Everyone will be allowed a 15 minute grace period for their appt. After 15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled! NO EXCEPTIONS! Please don’t continue the route without speaking with me.
EVERY SERVICE WILL REQUIRE A DEPOSIT. Your deposit will be 33% of your service and is also NONREFUNDABLE. If you dont show up you will lose your deposit. If you cancel and reschedule the new appt must be booked within 30 days of the original date. Sorry for any inconvenience.
All wigs must be clean prior to ur appt. IF WE SHAMPOO UR WIG IT WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL $25! Feel free to text me if you’re unsure of how to do so.
All squeeze-in appts will be as follows:
