Thank you for choosing me to care for your nails, feet, and womb. I do not take it lightly that you chose me, when you could go anywhere to get your nails done.

A non-refundable, once only transferable (if transferred within the 24 hour cancellation window) deposit of 50% of booked services is required for all clients. Deposits will be forfeited if cancelled after the 24 hour cancellation window. Deposits will be applied to the remaining balance once services are rendered.

When you arrive please park in the designated client parking space. Clients can park behind the building and walk around to the front, or come up the yellow stairs in the back. Clients can also park directly in front of the salon and all the way past the fence to the building next to the fence. If in the rare event that all spots are taken, you can park across the street at Hueytown Public Library. Do not park at the salon up the street (Hueytown Family Hair Care)! YOUR CAR WILL BE TOWED and I will not be responsible for the fee!! **Should there ever be a time that you cannot find a parking spot, you can park at the back of the building (not blocking Sara's Tax Service parking spots) or park at Hueytown Library across the street. Please wait in your car UNTIL ASKED TO COME IN!!! Please do not arrive more than 10 minutes early to your appointment. Please text me at 205-774-9708 to alert me of your arrival. I may be on my lunch break or servicing another client. I will not be allowing more than one client inside at this time. If you cannot follow these simple parking rules you will be asked to leave. Please park in the correct spot, or the salon up the street WILL HAVE YOUR CAR TOWED and I will accept no responsibility!

Please book all services needed. I operate on a time schedule and will not be able to offer services that are not booked. If time permits I would be happy to provide the additional service/s for you.

Policies:

  • Nails will not be filled after 5 weeks. There will be a fee of $10 for fills after 3 weeks and should be booked as a "3 week add on".
  • No-call, no-shows will be charged 100% of booked services and will not be allowed to book again.
  • Clients are responsible for booking, cancelling, rebooking, and keeping up with her/his appointments. I will not be able to help with this anymore. The booking site is available 24 hours for you to be able to manage your appointments.
  • New Clients must book under the "new client" section on the service menu.
  • Late cancellations (cancellations after 24 hours) will be charged 50% of booked services.
  • A late fee of $10 will be applied when the client is over 10 minutes late. After 15 minutes you will be considered a walk-in, and will owe the late fee of $10 and a lesser service will be offered if time allows. In the event that the client is over 15 minutes late and has called or alerted me, and cannot be worked in, a 50% cancelation fee will be charged.
  • Please communicate with me if running behind. I understand that life happens and things beyond our control come up. Without appropriate communication you will be charged.
  • If I am running behind I will contact you.
  • If a client is habitually late she/he will be placed on client probation (thus giving the client three more times to be late, before she/he is removed from the client list permanently.)
  • I accept cash, credit, debit, Paypal, and Venmo. Checks, ApplePay, and Cashapp are not accepted.
  • I do not fill over work I did not lay. New clients should come with all previous product (acrylic, gel polish, and dip powder) completely soaked off and book a full set or gel polish on natural nails on first appointment. An overlay is considered acrylic.
  • No children, or extra people (mothers, aunties, husbands/wives, neighbors, friends, entourage, etc.) are allowed at your appointment. Please do not bring your children or extra people with you to your appointment. You will be asked to leave and will be charged for my time. I want your experience to be relaxing and I cannot provide that atmosphere with children running around and family members hovering and asking questions. Please do not bring extra people with you!
  • Emergency Appointments (appointments early or late- outside of normal business hours) are available. A $30 convenience fee is required to secure Emergency Appointments. The convenience fee will not be applied to the final total of rendered services. Please text me at 205-774-9708 (8am-8pm Monday-Saturday) to book Emergency Appointments.
