cancellation/rescheduling policy

a minimum of 48 hours notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling of an existing appointment to avoid the fee of 50% of the price of this scheduled service. this includes same day or last minute bookings.

rescheduling or cancelling of an existing appointment is limited to a maximum of 2 times within 30 days or a deposit will be required to complete any future bookings.

no showing an existing appointment will require a non-refundable deposit before completing future bookings.

no refunds on any services or products.
