Clean Lashes: It is important that you arrive with clean mascara free lashes, to ensure longer retention

Infills: Infills are every 2-3 weeks & a minimum of 50% of lashes. Anything else will be charged as a full set. There is an additional £8 charge to infill over another lash techs work.💜

Rescheduling or Cancelling: Please provide at least 24 hours notice when rescheduling or cancelling your appointment. 💜

Deposits: £10 cash deposit is taken on booking, deposits are non-refundable unless cancellation or reschedule is made within 24hours of appointment. The remaining amount is payable at your appointment via cash or bank transfer 💜

Patch test : Please notify me if you require a patch test prior to your appointment. A patch test should be booked at least 48hours before your appointment. Patch test are necessary for anyone getting their lashes done for the first time. All patch test are free of charge 💜
