As a professional/friend, I know time is not everyone's best friend and can get away from us, so I ask that if you are booking lashes in particular- PLEASE be cautious that lashes take time and approximately TWO HOURS. All sets are different and timing varies with each client. Some sets require more maintenance than others. I am a perfectionist and I will not rush my work, so please be mindful of timing when booking your appointments.
IF YOU WILL BE LATE PLEASE LET ME KNOW WITHIN YOUR 15 MIN GRACE PERIOD. If you don’t communicate with me within your 10-15 minute grace period your appt will be cancelled.
The address is ALWAYS sent to your email! 2 days before your appointment
…. Unless you’ve communicated with me on your lashes … when you book a full set with me your lashes have to be FREE…meaning no lashes from the last set or previous lash tech….nice clean natural lashes so I’m able to work with them properly…
Remember anything past 20mm is considered Megavolume. I don’t do Megavolume looks on new clients. I would have to determine your lashes before.
You are only allowed to reschedule your appointment ONCE! If you have to reschedule more than one time you are required to cancel your appointment and book a new appointment for the time and day you are looking for.
After a NO-CALL NO-SHOW you are required to pay for your next booking inFULL! ONCE PAID IN FULL I DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS!

THIS IS IMPORTANT!!! ALL LASHES ARE CUSTOM MADE! Every single lash fan on your eyes are handmade…so please be mindful of the time taken to make these fans specialized just for you
-Any faults(extreme shedding) within the first 24 hours-3 days will be fixed free of charge, anything after this period will be down to improper aftercare and will require a fee.-Any adjustments to your eyelashes must be done AT THE APPOINTMENT! -Do not leave if unsatisfied!!!!Please please notify me if you want to make any alteration during your appointment...once you leave after accepting your set i cannot make any adjustments...
Infills/Fill-Ins
Recommended every 2-3 weeks. Lash retention is based solely on your individual lash shedding.
One week touch up between day 1 of your service and day 7..(80% of lashes remaining)
Two week fill- if it has been 7 to 14 days from your recent service . ( 45% of lashes remaining).
If I do not receive a video of your lashes BEFORE you book your fill-in appointment…your appointment is not confirmed for that day.
REMEMBER that you MUST take care of your lashes. Make sure you brush them, wash them on a regular basis. Lash lasts as long as 3-8 weeks depending on proper care.
