If sick or feeling sick, appointment will have to be rescheduled.
When booking an appointment, if your appointment is on a day of bad weather (due to my discretion), I will contact you if cancellation is needed, to reschedule your appointment to my next available appointment date. You will not have to pay another deposit if I cancel your appointment due to weather, your prior deposit will still be counted towards your next appointment, however *deposits are not refundable.*

If you are more than 15 minutes late $20 FEE
If more than 20 minutes late and no call/ text YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELED.

If child is crying or moving where it is causing problems with service, an extra fee up to my discretion may be required. Or cancellation of appointment may be required.

I DO NOT STRAIGHTEN OR CURL *TIGHT CURLY WEAVE*. I DO NOT GO OVER OTHER STYLIST WORK.
