Prepared Pregnancy One-Day Immersive Class

6 hours 30 minutes @ $375.00

This one-day immersive class is for expecting mothers + their partners. Our goal is to prepare you physically, mentally + emotionally for pregnancy and birth. You will be educated around the entire process + empowered to advocate for yourself while knowing + choosing what's right for you. You'll learn breath + movements to support your body during pregnancy, labor + postpartum. Whether you birth at home or in a hospital, unmedicated or with epidural, with a doula or not, this class is for you.

Postpartum Healing - 3 Session Package

50 minutes @ $333.00

We will begin with an assessment of the body, address your concerns and desires, learn movements, and move through a functional workout. You will receive a follow up email with personalized movement homework including links to videos for you to practice on your own between sessions along with a functional workout plan and any resources that we talk about.

Sessions are usually spaced 1-2 weeks apart

Begin 4-6 weeks postpartum to years after birth - wherever you're at will be beneficial.
