WHAT TO EXPECT:
Arrive at your appointment on time and comfortably dressed. Please do not drink any caffeine or excessive amount of liquid before appointment, you will be laying down anywhere from 1-2.5 hours. Arrive with clean skin. Do not wear any makeup or facial products to appt, I will reschedule if you do. Please do not apply oils or serums before appt. No contact lenses for your own safety!
Deposit and payment
A non refundable/ non transferrable deposit is required for all services! Remainder is due at appointment. $5 processing fee is applied to any non cash payment! After pay is accepted!
Late policy/cancellation
pls arrive on time. Appt will be canceled after 10 mins grace window and deposit forfeited! no same day cancellations or rescheduling!! You are welcome to reschedule any appt and transfer deposit once with 48 hr notice
Fill ins
Atleast 20 lashes must remain on each eye to be considered a fill. Also sets older than 4 weeks are subject to upcharge. I do not work over other artists work!
You also need to know:
No extra guest to accompany you unless they are being serviced as well, they will be asked to wait outside. I will fix any issues due to myself up to 24 hours after the appointment. I will not be responsible for any retention issues if you wear makeup to appointment
