Terms and Conditions

Scheduling & Deposit: Thank you for inquiring! A deposit (plus tax/fees) is required to book any service and is deducted from the total cost. The deposit payment will secure the date and time of your session. Deposits are fully refundable within 24 hours after submitting your payment. Deposits are NOT refundable after 24 hours of receiving your payment. Rescheduling is available up to 48 hours after submitting your payment. Please confirm date availability prior to making a deposit payment.

Payment: REMAINING BALANCE IS DUE IMMEDIATELY AFTER PHOTOSHOOT IS OVER.

• Payment for services can be paid in full, and tips are happily accepted.
• It is an extra fee to receive photos without the watermark.

Turnaround Times: After a photoshoot, client will receive watermarked image proofs (via email) of all photos taken during photoshoot (within 48hrs). Proofs are watermarked and unedited. Please check photoshoot details for edited images turnaround times!

A business day is a week day that is not a holiday. The weekend is not included.

Late Policy: A grace period of 20 minutes is given before a late fee is added. The late fee is $50. After an hour, client will have to reschedule photoshoot.

Ownership of all photos taken belong to Ryan Marrero.
