Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE & NON TRANSFERRED. You are allowed to reschedule ONE time (within a week) after that you'll need to schedule for another appointment. CANCELLATION MUST be done at least 24 hours in advance. To reschedule.

LATE FEE/ POLICY

PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME! You will be allow 10 minute grace period, after 10 minutes $20 late fee. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and will be asked to reschedule using a new deposit

Absolutely no guest unless they are getting service.
