Whether you are a bride looking for a First Appointment to find the perfect look for your wedding party, a bridesmaid looking to schedule a Fitting Appointment with your local Bella, or someone looking to find the best look for a special occasions, our 60+ individually owned & operated showrooms across the country are here to help!

First Appointment (for groups up to 5 people)

[BRIDE/GROOM+4 GUESTS] This appointment is for a client who's just beginning the search for their perfect wedding party look and has never visited a Bella Bridesmaids for their wedding. During this appointment your Bella stylist will suggest designers, fabrics, color palettes, and styles that suit your interest. We'll also talk about the selection, ordering process and of course timelines. We look forward to meeting you!

Mother of the Occasion

1 hour

This appointment is for you if you are shopping for the perfect Mother of the Occasion dress! Please note that our dresses are made-to-order and can take up to five months for production and delivery.

Single Dress Order Appointment (Bride is NOT registered with a Bella Bridesmaids location)

1 hour

Are you a customer looking to purchase a single dress? This includes (but is certainly not limited to) bridesmaids shopping on their own, Graduation, May Crowning, First Communion, Little White Dresses, etc. Select this appointment if the bride/groom is not working or registered with a Bella Bridesmaids but you would still like to work with us! During this appointment we will help you find the perfect dress, take your measurements, and get your order placed!

Private Appointment (for groups of 6 or more)

2 hours @ $100.00

[BRIDE/GROOM with 5+ GUESTS]- Your VIP Appointment guarantees a completely private appointment and use of the entire store! We will provide small bites and a champagne toast for you and your party. Bride/Groom may bring a maximum of 10 guests to this appointment.

Follow Up Appointment

30 minutes

Are you a client that’s already had a first appointment at our location, and would like to come back for a second look? This is the appointment for you! :)

Bella Indy Fitting Appointment (Bride is registered with Bella Indy)

30 minutes

If you're a Bridesmaid and the wedding party is registered with this Bella location this appointment is for you! :) During this appointment, we'll take your measurements, review the dress selection and assist with ordering.

Complimentary Fitting Appointment (Bride is registered with another Bella location)

30 minutes

If you're a Bridesmaid and the wedding party is registered with a Bella Bridesmaids in a different location (state), this appointment is for you! ;) During this appointment, we'll take your measurements, review the dress selection and assist with ordering.

Non-Bella Fitting Appointment (Bride is NOT working with a Bella Bridesmaids location)

30 minutes @ $30.00

This appointment is for a customer who would like to visit to consider styles, colors and fabrics in person. Your Bella stylist will take your measurements, review the size chart with you and give you everything you need to place your order with a non-Bella retailer. The $30 fitting fee is included in the dress price if you decided to purchase the dress with us! :)
