Releasing tension from the spine is key to allowing for deeper expression of most asanas. For that reason, these classes typically begin in a seated position to center the mind and connect the breath to rhythmic, warming movements. Class progression then moves to traditional yoga poses. Each class is customized based on our students' body needs.
