  • Cancellations: You MUST provide 24-hour notice in order to cancel or reschedule your appointment. A cancellation fee (50% cost of service) will be charged for any last-minute cancellations.
  • No Shows: If you no show to your appointment you will be charged 50% of service booked.
  • There are No Refunds provided for any services.
  • Due to limited space no guests or children are allowed.
  • Microneedling: Consultation is required prior to booking microneedling.
