Please thoroughly read through the terms and conditions to ensure that you respect, understand and are able to adhere to it.

MONTHLY AVAILABILITY IS RELEASED ON THE

21ST OF EVERY MONTH | NO WEEKENDS.


LOCATION

Studio based: SE London, East Dulwich | SE22 8AH

Train Stations: East Dulwich and Denmark Hill

BOOKING DEPOSIT

A non-refundable £15 deposit is required to secure your appointment date and is deducted from the total amount. Remaining balance is strictly taken before the service begins.

PAYMENTS

Payment is strictly required before the service starts.
Remaining balance is to be paid strictly by CASH ONLY. Please ensure you have the exact amount as I will not have change/ do not bank transfer to clients.

PATCH TEST

A patch test is a method used to determine if a specific substance can cause an allergic inflammation on a client's skin. It is mainly used to identify if a client is allergic to lash adhesive. This is recommended for first timers and those changing lash technician.

If needed, DM to book immediately after you've booked your lash
appointment.


INFILL REQUIREMENTS

Infills are required every 2 - 3 weeks after your exact scheduled appointment date. You must have 40% - 50% of extensions remaining to qualify for an infill, anything less will be charged as a full set.

I allow 2 infills before you’ll need a removal + full set.


LATE POLICY
Please understand that being late to your appointment DOES NOT guarantee full coverage. Plan your journey in advance and familiarise yourself with the area. At the 10 minute mark, a late fee of £10 will be added to your outstanding balance which needs to be paid before your appointment begins.

10 minutes = £10 | 15 minutes = appointment cancelled

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY

A strict 48 hour notice is required for any cancellations. Any cancellations that are done less than 48 hours prior to your appointment will result in a £15 cancellation fee charged, this includes same day cancellations. Failure to pay this fee will result in a permanent ban from booking.

You are able to reschedule 48 hours PRIOR to your appointment ONE TIME in the same month after that you will have to book with a new deposit.

SAME DAY & LESS THAN 48 HOUR CANCELLATION = CHARGED £15

EMERGENCY APPOINTMENTS

Emergency appointments — Appointment slots that aren’t available on the booking site but are requested by clients are classified as an emergency appointment. This requires an additional £15.

Out of Hours — Appointments requested before 10am, after 5pm and on weekends are classified as emergency appointments. This requires an additional fee of £15.


IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Please contact me if you experience serious retention issues within 48 hours after your scheduled appointment date so that the issue can be rectified within the same week - anything after 48 hours is due to poor aftercare and will require a fee.

Please provided a valid Instagram username when booking, fake accounts and burner accounts are NOT accepted. Failure to do so will result in your appointment being cancelled WITHOUT notice.
