Business Hours: Tuesday-Friday 10am-7pm Saturday 10am-3pm

Closed on Sunday and Monday

DEPOSIT & BOOKING

A $30 non-refundable deposit is due immediately at the time of booking to secure your spot. Please do not book if you are not ready to deposit. The deposit is required for every appointment. Failure to send the deposit will result in automatic cancellation and you will need to rebook.
The deposit will go towards the service and the remaining balance will be due on the day of your appointment.
The remaining balance of your service is to be paid in CASH &VENMO &ZELLE ONLY. There are no refunds once a service is completed. No exemptions!

PLEASE BE PREPARED

No lash lift(perms) It may be difficult to place the eyelash extensions. Please book a lash extensions appointment after 2 months, If you have had a lash lift(perm)
You will be laying down for about 1.5 - 2hours.
please use the restroom before your appointment.
Please come with absolutely NO makeup around your eyes and lashes. This means no trace of eye makeup or leftover lash glue/mascara as well as concealer and/or foundation on the face. Wearing any eye makeup to your appointment will effect how long your eyelash extensions may last.
You are welcome to bring earphones.
Whatever services you need, please make sure to add it to your appointment(removal, color lashes, wax…)
Shower before or the night before your appointment and do not drink caffeine day of to prevent jittery eyes.

POLICIES

Must be at-least 18 years old.
A credit card/debit card is required to be held on file. (It will not be charged)
Masks recommended
NO EXTRA GUESTS, NO PETS (Appointment client only)
NO REFUNDS.
NO FOREIGN FILLS. - Please book a Full Set + Removal.
40% lashes must be remaining for 2 & 3 week fills. If less than 40% remaining then, it will be a new full set. If more than 3 weeks passed from your last appointment, it will be considered as a new set.

LATE POLICY

PLEASE BE ON TIME.
10+ mins late = $10 late fee and the time will be deducted from your appointment.
15+ mins late = your appointment will be automatically cancelled.

RESCHEDULING / CANCELLING / NO SHOWS

Appointments may be rescheduled ONE time 48 hours prior. A second reschedule will require a new deposit. Please text me if you want to reschedule your an appointment.
Deposit will be forfeited if your appointment is cancelled within 48 hours.
No-shows will result in forfeited deposit and book again with new deposit.
No-shows or sameday cancellation more than twice, can’t book in the future
Please cancel/do not book if you have a stye, pink eye, lice, feeling sick, have or was exposed to COVID 19.
If you cancel your an appointment, the card transaction fee for the deposit($30) will not be refunded.
Sameday cancellation, no-show will charge half the total cost of the appointment
