My intention is to bring you to feel embodied by combining gentle and challenging movements using Hatha style yoga, Vinyasa flows and creative, powerful postures. We will focus on your overall physical, spiritual, emotional, and mental health , learn to deepen your connection to Self in your daily life and use our body at its fullest capability.
