At Lash Village, your natural lash health and comfort is the top priority! I believe in placing only appropriate lengths and weights that will not damage your natural lash. Every set is unique to your own facial features and style.

Please read all consent and policy information before booking an appointment. By booking an appointment, you are agreeing to all terms.
BOOKING
A $25 deposit fee required on this site for booking. All booking deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. The remaining balance will be due using Zelle, Apple Pay, Cash App, or Cash after your appointment. A valid credit card number is required to book an appointment and will be kept on your client file. Please fill out booking information to your best ability. Double check if you wrote the right phone number and email as this will be our main way to communicate with each other.
APPOINTMENTS
Any and all lash appointments may take anywhere from 2-3 hours depending on what style you book and how many natural lashes you have. I believe in taking my time to ensure quality work and lash health. Please plan accordingly to avoid disappointment.
LATE POLICY
Please notify me if you are running late for your appointment. Failure to do so may result in your service being altered to fit remaining time available. If you are 20 minutes late and I haven’t heard from you, your appointment will be treated as a NO SHOW and fees will apply.
I respect your time, and try my best to keep the schedule running smoothly. If you have not received prior notice I am running behind schedule and are waiting for your service, $5 will be deducted for every 5 minutes I’m running late.
NO SHOW POLICY
If you are more than 20 minutes late and have not notified me, your appointment is considered no show. I reserve the right to charge a no show fee of 50% to the credit card on file. Please be courteous and notify me if you cannot make your appointment.
REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled 24 hours in advance. Email reminders are sent out 2 days before your appointment.
Cancellations under 24 hours will require 50% of service payment and will be charged with the credit card on file. If appointment is cancelled, rescheduled day of or no show, 50% of the service will be charged. You may cancel your appointment through the confirmation email sent to you when you booked an appointment.
Lash Village does not offer refunds on services. If you are unhappy with the service within 3 days of your appointment time, please contact me for a complimentary fix. You must come within 7 days for complimentary fix.
RESCHEDULE POLICY
You may reschedule once with the deposit fee. Deposit fees are non-transferable. After you reschedule once, another deposit fee is required to book again. If you need to reschedule the day of your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the service with the card on file. You may reschedule through the confirmation email sent to you when you booked an appointment.
ALLERGIC REACTIONS
If you experience an allergic reaction, please contact me immediately for assistance. If you have experienced allergic reactions to eyelash extensions in the past, please let me know at your appointment. If you have sensitive eyes or had eye surgery in the past, please let me know at your appointment. No refunds for allergic reactions.
LASH FILL POLICY
A fill is from 2-3 weeks, any longer than that is consider a full set. It is required that you have at least 40% of your extensions in order for it to be considered a fill appointment. Any less will be up charged or charged for a full set.
Please contact me if you have any questions regarding if your lashes are considered a fill. Letting me know allows me to prepare for your appointment properly.
VISITORS
Extra guests are not allowed to maximize your experience. Remember, this is your time to unwind and enjoy self-care.
