Scheduling Policy: A retainer fee is required to secure your appointment. Retainer fees are non- refundable, Retainers will be applied to total cost of services. No show’s forfeit their retainer fee. Please allow time for locating Location, Parking, and Restroom use.

Preparation: In order to be waxed, the hairs must be 1/4 inch long (the length of a rice grain). Exfoliate 48 hours prior to your wax appointment. This helps with a smooth wax experience. Do not trim down hairs; trimming hairs prior to an appointment will result in cancellation and forfeiture of the retainer.
Come clean! Freshly washed skin is best prior to waxing.

Late Policy: You have a 7- minute grace period before at $10 late fee is applied. After 10 minutes, the appointment is canceled.

Cancellation Policy: Same-day cancellations forfeit the retainer fee.If you book multiple services for your appointment and, upon arrival, cancel services, this will be consider a late cancellation communication fee of 50% of the services.

As a courtesy to J|R, please make any changes to your appointment at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. You are responsible for rescheduling and canceling your appointments.
