Welcome and thank you for choosing me to nurture your crown. My name is Mimi and I look forward to meeting you. Please read all information below before booking.
Consultation/Service Info
- All new clients must have a consultation.
- Any client that has not had maintenance in over 3 months require “extra time” please add with service.
- Starter locs, extreme maintenance, extensions, and wicks all require consultation.
- I service kids 6 & up.
Deposit/Squeeze In
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- All squeeze in appointments have a $40 fee.
- You are allowed to reschedule once after that you will have to re-book with another deposit.
- If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment you will lose your deposit.
Payment
- Deposit is to be paid on site unless other method agreed upon.
- Your balance can be paid on the site, in cash, or by the following

Late arrival/Cancellations/No Shows
- You are allowed a 15 min grace period. After 15 mins there is a $25 late fee (applies only to certain services). After 20 mins your appointment is canceled. You will need to rebook.
- Please cancel/reschedule appointments on the site when possible. If not contact me 24-48 hours prior to your appointment.
- No communication with me within your 15 min grace period is considered a No Show and you will be charged a no-show fee of $25 and must be paid to rebook. Two no shows moving forward you will always pay for the service in full at time of booking.
- If I must cancel your appointment your deposit will be transferred.
Drop off/Pick up
- IF YOU DROP YOUR KID(S) OFF PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU OR ANOTHER FAMILY ARE NEAR, IN CASE OF AN EMERGENCY.
- BY PROCEEDING TO BOOK WITH TWISTED BY MIMI J YOU ACCEPT THAT I DO NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANYTHING THAT HAPPENS TO YOUR CHILD OUTSIDE OF SERVICES.
- IF I HAVE ANY ISSUES OUT OF YOUR CHILD I WILL INFORM YOU. IF IT CONTINUES YOU WILL NO LONGER BE ABLE TO LEAVE THEM UNATTENDED.
