POLICY:
Punctuality, Parking & Precautions
• There is a 10-15 minute grace period. Your appointment can be cancelled based on other scheduled appointments, If the techs will be able to service you depending on availability)
- If your service is cancelled due to tardiness , you will be charged 50% OF YOUR SERVICE .
- In the event we are not able to charge your card, you will be BANNED from booking with the salon for good.
- Be sure to READ the detailed description for what you are booking for so that it can give your tech the appropriate time she needs to complete your service.
- There is LIMITED parking in the back of the salon . Try to get here a little before your appointment to make sure you are on time.
- Clients who book a service and don’t show up with a curtesy warning will be charged for 100% of the service.
- MASK RECOMMENDED
- If needed, ALL soak offs must be booked before appointment
- If you have MORE THAN 3 nails that need to be repaired, it is considered a FULLSET !
- Unless it is an EMERGENCY, Same day cancellations will result in you being charged for 100% of your service.
- NO EXTRA GUEST.
Deposits, Refunds & Returns:
- There is a NON REFUNDABLE 20 dollar deposit fee . NO EXCEPTIONS
- If your nails become , broken , lifted or misshaped in the next 72 hours after your service , we will fix it free of charge at a mutual time.
- You MUST arrange for a mutual scheduled date and time within 3 days after your initial service for a nail repair.
- Nail damage due to reckless activity is not our responsibility to fix free of charge .
Personal Items:
POSH is not responsible for any personal belongings that have been damaged during time of service . Please be extra careful and check if any belongings are left behind.

- Debit/Credit & Cash are acceptable tenders for all services .
