Private sessions are a wonderful way to ignite and deepen your meditation practice. We will begin by going over your background, current mindful practices, and general lifestyle. Your call for specific meditation practices will stem from Tara’s knowledge of the arts, Tibetan Buddhism, yoga, bodywork, and universal intuition. Expect to learn basic seated meditation, body sensation scanning, energetic awareness, breath work, restorative yoga, and more.
