**Only the $75 Refundable Deposit Will Be Collected During The Booking Process. You will be billed the $200 rental fee plus any add-ons at a later date.**

To Book

- Select your bouncer of choice.

- Select the date and event start time.

- Select any add-on you wish to include.

- Fill out the intake form; it collects all the important information we need for your event.

- Pay the $75 refundable deposit.

- Once booked, you'll receive a confirmation email.

- The Final Invoice and Rental Agreement will be sent the week of your event. *Set up will NOT occur until the rental agreement is signed.*

General Information

Each rental is $200.00. An early set up or late pick up can extend your time, but is not guaranteed. All rentals require a $75 refundable security deposit to reserve your desired date. The remaining balance($200.00 plus add-ons) will be paid during the week prior to your event. Your deposit will be returned within one(1) week of your rental, after inspection and cleaning have occurred. Excessive dirt, use of extra or specialty cleaning supplies, and/or any stains can result in loss of your deposit.

Set ups begin at 8 AM daily, your set up time will be confirmed 24 hours prior to the event. Pick up is NO later than 8 PM the day of your rental, unless traffic or a prior scheduled pick ups are causing a delay. If a later pick up time is needed, please select that option in the add-on sections. There is a $50 fee for any pickups after 8 PM. Extra time may be added to your rental after the initial 6 hours for $25.00 per hour.

We offer delivery up to 40 miles from South Bend, 46614. Delivery is included up to 20 miles from our address. Deliveries that are 21+ miles from our address are charged per mile one way. Please contact us for any questions about delivery or anything beyond 40 miles.

Placement Options

Indoor or Outdoor placement is available. Please contact us for a list of pre-approved indoor venues.

For indoor placement we ask for a minimum ceiling clearance for each bouncer:

- 8ft for Mindy/Bellamy/Pixie

- 11ft for Ivy

- 13ft for Poppy

When placing the houses outdoors, the overhead space should be clear of all power, cable, or phone lines, as well as any low-lying tree branches. The area must also be free of animal feces, brush, stumps, large rocks, gravel, and large amounts of dirt/mud.

Please mow the area a minimum of 3 days prior.

A minimum outdoor temperature of 40 degrees is required for outdoor rentals November to March.

Cancellation Policy

In the event your reservation needs to be cancelled because of Mother Nature or acts of God, your deposit/full
payment will be held for one year (365 days) to reschedule a new reservation date with. Cancellation for any other reason prior to or after the final payment being made, will result in lose of deposit, final payment, or both. Once set up has occurred, no refund will be offered if your event is cancelled.

Balloons

If you are interested in a balloon arrangement, please contact our preferred vendor; Honey Bunny Balloons through their website: Honey Bunny Balloons. They offer two options- "Grab & Go" garlands or custom installations. Both options are available to order on their website.

For all other customer supplied balloon garlands or Honey Bunny Balloons "Grab & Go" garlands, there is a $15 installation fee, and the garland must be present at the time of set up. *We are not responsible for damage to any balloons or decorations during the installation process.* *Please have all other balloon vendors contact us prior to installation for approval.*

Vinyl Decals

Vinyl Decals are the perfect way to add personalization to our bouncers for any event. Decals are offered in single or double layer vinyl, shapes, words, and almost anything you can think of! Starting at $4/letter.

Backdrop Panels

Backdrop Panels are also a great addition to any event. Please contact us directly via email, text, or social media to book. Rentals start at $75.00 without a bounce house, plus delivery. Delivery starts at $20.00. Discounted rental prices are offered with a bounce house rental.

**Bellamy is the ONLY bouncer that markers or any other staining type products(confetti, face paint, streamers, glitter, ect) can be used in/on or around.**

**An attendant is required for all wedding receptions that are renting Daisy, Roxy, or Poppy. This is an additional $200 fee. This add-on also includes white drapery and greenery for decoration on the bouncer.**
