This package is designed for new clients. Welcome. Sessions are customized to your specific needs and goals and each session will utilize a combination of Mindbody healing, nervous system regulation, emotional healing support, somatics, conscious movement, energetic healing and more. Come as you are. We'll begin there. There's nothing that you need to do but be willing to embrace a new wellness path, and in time you'll acquire new tools, and skills that will help you with your day to day and long term recovery goals. I will be your personal wellness mentor. Holding your hand every step of the way. Every gently. Always patient, kind and caring. And, I'll be your accountability buddy when needed, too! Each session you'll feel renewed, more whole, more confident. In time, you'll be able to restore balance to your health and get back to the things you love, and release what no longer serves you. Your whole life comes into balance when you work holistically. To be healthy is to be whole. Your package includes your first pain relief consultation, one 90 minute follow up session and two 60 minute additional sessions for support. Your savings is over $112 when you book as a package, which is nearly getting one session free. More sessions can be added to your package down the road if and as needed.
