BOOKING FEES

A non-refundable 50% deposit of the service cost is required when booking for any service.

CANCELLATIONS POLICY

2 DAYS/48 Hours til your appointment to cancel or reschedule your appointment otherwise you will be charged 50% of the remaining service balance. NO SHOWS will be charged the full service amount.

GROUP BOOKINGS

Any services that cancel in a Group booking must be replaced by another person. The remaining balance of the booking will still be owed if the canceled service is not replaced.

LATE FEE

A $20 if you are more than 15 minutes late and or might result in cancelation of appointment and charged full amount.
