In order to book multiple hours for the same room on the same day and/or different days, you must choose "Select and add another time" from the drop down menu. If you would like to set up a recurring day and time, you must choose "Select and make recurring" from the drop down menu. If your booking will be in 60-minute slots, please choose the 1 hr version of the room you would like. If you need 30-minute slots, for example, 1.5 hours, please choose the 30 min version of the room you would like.

Only one room type may be booked per booking session. If you would like to book multiple room types, please complete a new booking for each room you would like to book. We will send you an invoice, including any applicable discounts, for the total amount after you schedule your bookings.

If you have set up a pre-pay package with us, you must still enter your credit card information to complete your booking, but you will not be charged and we will mark this session towards your pre-paid hours. You may contact us at any time to inquire about how many hours you have left of your pre-pay.

You must enter a credit card to hold your booking, but it will NOT be charged unless you choose credit card as your payment method. After completing your booking, you will be sent a payment request through your preferred payment method. If you chose credit card, we will charge the card on file. If your booking is more than 1 week away, expect your payment request or credit card charge to arrive closer to the date of your booking. You will receive your Kisi access link 1 day before your reservation.
