Please read CAREFULLY all the relevant information below.

Deposit

A £20 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to secure the slot you choose.

Please note that the remaining balance must be paid via bank transfer only, the latest payment should be received is 3 days prior to your booking. Otherwise your booking will be cancelled (Bank details will be sent out to deposit remaining balance)

An automated message will be sent out 24 hrs before with the address for your booking.

Deposits are non-refundable unless in the unlikely event of me cancelling the appointment.

Cancellations/Rescheduling

Please ensure you contact me 48 hours prior to your booking time to reschedule your appointment. If you do not contact within this time frame you will lose your initial deposit.

If you do not show up to your appointment and wish to book again there is a cancellation fee of £10 before making any new bookings.

Same day cancellations/no shows will be banned from booking again with me and you will also lose your deposit money.

Appointment requirements

MAKEUP

- Please ensure you provide your own pair of lashes for your booking as, I do not provide lashes

- Ensure you have no makeup on to your booking and have a clean face.


- Brows must be groomed neatly to achieve the best looking brows.


HAIR

- Please make sure your hair is washed and blow dried very well.

- Do not put ANY product in your hair. This includes; serum, grease, oils etc. Your hair should be dry and free of any type of product.

- If your hair is not clean or has oils/grease your appointment will be cancelled, forfeiting your deposit.

- Provide your own hair you wish to use.

- Please aim to arrive 5 mins earlier than your appointment time

- I allow a 10 minute grace period if you are more than 10 minutes late that will result in a £10 late fee which will have to be paid before your booking commences. After 15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled!
