Glow Worthy Package is ALL about Awakening Your Inner Light and Loving Yourself as You Are - Broken, Beautiful and Sacred. We will start of this session sipping on a cup of tea and listening to you share your story of what is asking to be transformed for you in current time. We will come up with an affirmation for you to come back to during your session. I will leave the room so you may slip into a cozy linen garment for the Yoni Steam Ritual. You will then light a candle to set your intention for this session. You can either gaze into the candle or place a linen eye mask to allow yourself to go deeper inside your body. The Yoni Steam Ritual is about 30 minutes. Then you will lay on my warm and cozy massage table for a Holistic Manual Facelift. Your lymphatic system will be addressed first to open up the detox pathways, then the Buccal Massage (inter oral) and then followed by cleansing the skin and ending with lifting and sculpting techniques. This is about 60 - 75 minutes. Next we move into your 1 hour massage, addressing any tension still present in your body. After all of this, you will have the following 20 - 30 minutes laying underneath the EMR-TEK infrared/red-light/UVA/UVB panel. This will boost collagen production, reduce inflammation and energize your mitochondria. LIGHT and POWER CANNOT FLOW THROUGH TENSION... It is suggested that after this session, you take a walk in nature, on the beach or rest in your back yard or porch to allow your spirit, emotions, mind and body to integrate. Journal, paint, play an instrument or some other creative outlet you have and see what unfolds for you.

RESTROOMS: Once you get off the elevator, take the hall down on the left. The restrooms are on the left hand side.
NOTE: Please make sure to schedule a pre-natal massage if you are pregnant. This requires more time to adjust and set up the table for your comfort. I also work with expecting mothers during their 1st trimester.
NOTE: I am very sensitive to second hand smoke and ask that if you do smoke, that you do not smoke the day of your appointment. If I can smell cigarette smoke, I will ask you to reschedule. If this is a challenge for you, we are not a good fit for one another.
I have a 24 hour cancellation policy with 100% fee for no-shows. If you get sick last minute we ask that you try to find a substitute to come in to use your spot. Thank you for supporting a small business and your understanding!
