As you prepare for the birth of your baby, be sure to take our childbirth class to boost your confidence and decrease your fears! Topics include: Advocacy, Stages of labor, Comfort measures, Fetal positioning, Labor positions, Making informed choices, Obstetric tools, Immediate Postpartum, and Newborn Decisions. Sign-up now to prepare for an empowered birth experience. Knowledge is power! Our final (3rd) class is held in-person at 4940 Windy Hill Dr. Suite C in Raleigh, NC. Partners are encouraged to join!

Our virtual mentee meet-up is a great opportunity to forge relationships and learn about starting your doula career. This event is free for doulas in the Triangle Doulas of Color Doula Mentorship Program.

Mom's Group

Mommy-vent: Pumpkin Patch Adventure

Triangle Mamas of Color hosting another Mommy-vent! Come enjoy he activities at Hill Ridge Farms and meet other local mamas. Little ones and partners are welcome. A great opportunity to capture photos, spend time with family, and build your village. Please bring your stroller/baby carrier for exploring.
Location: Hill Ridge Farms 703 Tarboro Road Youngsville, NC
Cost: $5 Registration (Must pay entry fee to farm upon arrival)
