Q: WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
A: You may cancel any time up until 7 days before your scheduled session. NO EXCEPTIONS. If you cancel after that time, the full amount will be charged to your card on file. The deposit is non-refundable. If Melanin Mistletoe needs to postpone photos for any reason a credit for the deposit will be provided for Melanin Mistletoe photos and or services. There will be no refunds. A credit is valid for one year and will expire after the next session the following year.
Q: WHAT DO I WEAR?
A: Of course, Santa will be adorned in his festive, Christmas attire and welcomes your creativity and style for your perfect, Holiday Photo.
Q: What will the backdrop look like?
A: The best event planning company has been hired to bring their flare of creativity and decorative expertise. The backdrop will include a crisp, white, rustic look with a touch of festive, Christmas colors and vibe. Beautiful Christmas trees are certain to make you feel like you're in Santa's living room.
A: This add-on package includes a Santa ornament and a Countdown Kit, which includes reindeer food and other goodies!
Q: HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY PHOTOGRAPHS?
A: You will choose the photos you’d like for your package immediately following your session. Once edited, you will receive a link to access those photos via the email address you provide to us and download them for your personal use.
