Hannah Elementary PTO

Thank you for participating in a Hannah PTO event.

• Secure Your Spot: Limited space! A fee per Hannah student is required at the time of booking.
• No-Shows: If you do not show up, there will be no refund.
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 72 hours before your session will not be eligible for a refund.

INSTRUCTIONS: Select the number of kids you are signing up by using the "Quantity" field. You will be asked to enter their name(s) and grade(s) on the next page.

Please be advised that by attending PTO events you are agreeing to being filmed and/or photographed, and the resulting assets may be used for promotional purposes. Should you wish not to be photographed or recorded on video, please notify us.
