Booking Rules
Payment
To secure your appointment, full payment is required in advance. All payments made are non-refundable, regardless of the reason. Tips are not required but are appreciated.
Cancellations
Please provide at least 24-hour notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Same-day cancellations will incur a $50 fee.
Extra Guests
To maintain a serene atmosphere, extra guests are not allowed in the treatment room.
Late Arrival
A $15 late fee will be charged if you arrive more than 10 minutes late. If you are 15 minutes late or more, you will need to rebook your appointment.
No refunds will be issued for any reason
Walk-ins are not accepted at this time. Upon booking your appointment, please complete the appropriate form:
- New Clients: Fill out the intake form once you've scheduled your appointment.
- Returning Clients: Complete the Check-In Form before your service.
On your arrival, kindly notify us via text at (904) 933-6626 and wait in the lobby until you are advised to enter the treatment room. This ensures the privacy and relaxation of other clients receiving services. Please refrain from knocking on or opening the treatment room door without permission.
