BOOKING POLICY

Deposit: A non-refundable, 50% deposit is required at booking to secure the appointment.

Remaining Balance: Due one day before the shoot (NO EXCEPTIONS)

*Hair and Makeup must be completed before the shoot*

Time Policy: Due to time constraints, please arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled time to make any final adjustments before we start. If you anticipate arriving more than 10 minutes AFTER the scheduled time, please reach out and let your photographer know. You will then have the option of rescheduling or continuing with the shoot. Extra time is not allotted should you choose to proceed, but can be purchased.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: If the Client must cancel, ChrissFlix Media LLC must be notified at least 24 hours prior to the appointment or any travel to qualify for a reschedule. Client is responsible for rescheduling as soon as possible within two weeks of the original appointment date. Once travel has been made, scheduled start time has passed, or two-week window has expired, all payments are non-refundable and a new appointment is required. In the event of an emergency, refunds will be given at the photographer’s discretion. In the event the photographer is unable to complete the shoot, the Client will have the option to reschedule. However, if not feasible the Client will be issued a refund for the remaining balance paid.

Travel Fee (if applicable):

20-29 miles: $30

30-39 miles: $40

40+ miles: $50+ (subject to change depending on exact distance)

Studio Fee (if applicable):

Studio fees vary and will be added after client has agreed to the location.
